  Bubble Milk Tea
   
1. Put carefully the bubble pearls into the boiling water and stir constantly in order to avoid sticking to the boiler. (The ratio of bubble pearls to water is 1 to 6.)
2. Seethe for 35 minutes, turn off the stove and cover the lid for 25 minutes.
3. Scoop the bubble pearls and rinse them with cold water, then leach the water and pour bubble pearls into the milk tea.
4. Pour the bubble milk tea into a cup and add as much fructose (or honey) as you like.
 
 
 
 
 
     
   

 

 
  Icy Green Tea
   
1. Boil 4000 c.c of water then turn off the stove.
2. Wait until the water cools down to 72℃, put in 108 grams of tea leaves and cover the lid for 8 minutes.
3. Leach the tea leaves and add 2 kilograms of ice cubes.
 
 
     
 
 
 
     
     
 
Russian Jam Tea
   
1. Boil 6000 c.c. of water then turn off the stove.
2. Put in 108 grams of tea leaves and cover the lid for 12 minutes
3. Leach the tea leaves.
